How do I place my order?
Placing your order on Aemmedi site is really simple.
  • Choose your product and enter the detailed web page to learn more about it;
  • Sign the quantity of each product you need and click on "add to the shopping bag";
  • Details of your bag contents will appear: you can put as many goods as you like in the bag, and you can change the quantities or delete one or more lines before confirming;
  • When you have got everything you want in your shopping bag just follow the simple instructions to fill in your details and your delivery address;
  • Then click on "click here for a secure transaction by Cariparo", the Cariparo site will register your secure payment.
    If you prefer to pay cash on delivery click on "confirm for pay cash on delivery".

How is delivery made?
Your Aemmedi order will be delivered by FedEX courier to wherever you say in 10 business days if you live in a CEE countries, or in 28 business days if you live in a country outside CEE.
You can choose the most convenient delivery address, simply indicate the exact address you have chosen when you confirm your order. Remember that deliveries are made during office hours: make sure that someone is available to take delivery at the address you have given.
If nobody is available, you’ll find a FedEX notice and you’ll have 3 days to contact them before they return the parcel to Aemmedi.

Can I have information about my order?
Yes of course: in any moment you can know if your order has just been shipped, where it is and when you will receive it. After you have made your order you will receive an e-mail from Aemmedi with your shipment code number. With this number you can follow your order on FedEX web-site.

What about payment?
You can pay for your order only by credit card (Visa or Master card),
and you can be sure that no one on the web site and no one at Aemmedi s.a.s. can check your credit card data, because the transaction is carried out by the secure server of the banking institute (Cariparo). Total amount will be charged at shipment time only.

If I want to exchange an item what do I do?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days from receipt of goods for a prompt exchange or refund, that will be possible only if the damage or defect of goods are not due to misuse or damage effected by the buyer.
Please e-mail us at info@taziocorse.com explaining why you want to return goods before shipping and we will give you all instructions and arrange for an exchange or refund. Return postage is not refundable, international returns will only be accepted via prepaid parcel post.
Products will have to be returned in the original packing without having been used. Exchanged goods will be sent free of charge.
