If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return
it to us within 7 days from receipt of goods for a prompt exchange or
refund, that will be possible only if the damage or defect of goods are
not due to misuse or damage effected by the buyer.

you all instructions and arrange for an exchange or refund. Return postage
is not refundable, international returns will only be accepted via prepaid
parcel post.
Products will have to be returned in the original packing without having
been used. Exchanged goods will be sent free of charge.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with our products,
but do not want to return the goods, use the same e-mail to let us know
why. We will do our best to make it right.
